Christine Chiriboga is a litigator with over twenty-five years of successful litigation experience through verdict and appellate practice in state and federal courts. She has provided outside counsel expertise to major corporations relative to insurance defense, personal injury, commercial and employment litigation, FELA, and transportation law. Christine focuses on the defense of insurers and insureds, corporations, and individuals in all phases of litigation. Her practice includes the counseling of clients on best practices related to case work-up, records production, trial, settlement, and negotiation strategies to improve risk analysis and overall reduction of damage awards. She has appeared in trial and appellate courts throughout New York State obtaining defense verdicts in numerous high value cases.
